Basicly as I see and understand it right now in California you can grow and possess as much marijuana as you can prove is for personal use, if you ever had to go to court. I am a medical patient here in California and I have a weekly amount designated with my doctor particularly for my protection if I ever had to defend myself in what would be rare instance of a marijuana case actually making it to court. Ive known or heard of quite a few people over the last few years that have gotten raided, mostly medium sized gardens 20-60 plants (outdoors) and although the medicine has gotten confiscated none of these medium growers have actually been prosecuted to my knowledge. I grow indoors year around and 10 plants outdoors for myself, Im not getting into amounts but its enough for myself for the year so I dont have to buy it from dispensaries, where typically quality herb is quite expensive, although occassionally I do buy some just to try different strains out to see what I like the best. So in the end as long as your completely going overboard you really have nothing to worry about as far as law enforcement goes, obviously selling it to random people will get you into trouble but depending on the quality there are tons of clubs out there that are more than willing to carry or buy your medicine. Happy Growing everybody, couple months till all outdoor is done, cant wait, Peace!

It's nearly legal here in Austin.
Safer than Alcohol.
Won't give you a beer belly.
Adults are finally realizing reefer madness was a lie.
Yet, Texas will be one of the last states to legalize medical MJ.

You know who the biggest lobbyist against it is? Big Pharma.
They don't want you growing something that could replace pain killers, sleeping pills, appetite stimulants, and who know WHAT else in your backyard.
